The Open Venture Engine (OVE) is the technical enforcement layer of the Sigil Open Framework. It is a pre-wired, Web3-native infrastructure stack that allows anyone to deploy a fully autonomous Venture Capital agent safely. OVE aggregates best-in-class execution primitives (like Coinbase AgentKit) while structurally enforcing deterministic governance through Sigil’s execution firewall.

Core Capabilities

OVE separates execution into distinct layers, ensuring that the AI (The Brain) never has direct, unmitigated access to the treasury (The Engine). It mathematically guarantees the agent cannot:
  • Drain its own treasury.
  • Execute unauthorized trades.
  • Bypass fiduciary constraints defined in ASSURANCE.md.
  • Mutate its own infrastructure without policy approval.
